Salubrium gets companies working well. Identifying issues
The key is first understanding why things are how they are. Each company and each individual is unique. First see the problems, then engage people in addressing them. They often run into difficulties because whilst education, coaching and other support can achieve meaningful results, they often rely on a clear understanding of context and detail to do so.
